What is a crest?
A crest is a magnetic, embroidered-look patch carrying your logo, name, or both. It sticks to fabric with a hidden magnet, so there is no sewing and no pinholes.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Upload or paste your logo in the Create Your Crest designer and the AI builds a crest around it in your colors. You keep full rights to your artwork.
How big is a crest?
A chest logo is about 89 mm, a name crest about 38 by 76 mm, and custom shapes are available. You pick small, medium, or large in the designer.
What does it feel like to wear?
The face is soft woven thread over a slim body under two millimeters thick. The side that faces you is smooth fabric with the magnets sealed inside, so you feel a light, flat patch for a minute and then forget it is there.
Application and use
Do I iron this on?
No. Never iron a SwapCrest. It is magnetic, not iron-on: nothing is glued, heat-pressed, or sewn. That is exactly why it comes off in one second and your garment stays perfect. If you are used to iron-on patches, leave that habit at the door.
How do I attach it?
Place the front crest on the outside of the garment and the magnetic keeper behind the fabric. The two snap together and hold firm. No iron, no adhesive, no needle.
Will it hurt or scratch my skin?
No. The keeper that sits inside the garment is wrapped in smooth fabric with rounded edges, and the neodymium discs are sealed inside the layers. Nothing metallic ever touches your skin.
Does it work on thick fabric?
Yes. We offer three holds: Shirt for tees and polos, Sweater for knits, and Jacket for blazers and coats.
Will it fall off when I walk or move around?
No. The hold is edge-weighted with an outline-matched backer, so the corners stay pinned and it does not slide, curl, or drop while you walk, reach, bend, or work a full shift. When you want it off, pull it straight away from the fabric and it releases instantly.
Care and durability
Can I wash it?
Remove the crest before washing the shirt. That single habit keeps both the crest and the garment looking new for years.
What if it goes through the wash by accident?
Use cold water, a gentle cycle, a mesh bag, and line dry. Never a hot dryer.
Is it waterproof?
The woven face is water resistant and wipeable. It is built for daily wear, not for submersion.

How fast is it?
Most single and small orders design same-day and ship within a few business days. Rush production is available for events.
Do you have minimums?
No. Order one crest or a thousand. There is no setup fee and no minimum at any tier.
Can I reorder?
Yes. Your saved design link reproduces the exact crest any time you need more.
Returns and changes
What if I do not like it?
Tell us and we will make it right. Because there is no minimum, a single sample is a low-risk way to start.
Can I change my design later?
Yes. Open your saved crest in the designer, adjust it, and reorder.
